Pack Your Costume
Place the item back in its original manufacturer packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or store credit within 5 to 7 business days.
