How long does shipping take for my costume?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while express options are available at checkout for next-day or 2-day delivery within the continental US.
What is your return policy for seasonal items?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. However, costumes purchased for specific holidays like Halloween must be returned at least 7 days prior to the holiday to be eligible for a full refund.
How do I know which size to order?
Each product page features a detailed 'Size Guide' specific to that manufacturer. We recommend measuring your height, chest, and waist to ensure the most accurate fit.
Are the accessories shown in the photos included?
